• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Please DM me on twitter, tumblr, or instagram for details, and we can sort things out.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  "Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks." is the default message I have no idea, this is my first time doing this. There may be delays due to COVID and the like. I generally send things out Saturday morning.

• My package arrived, but this isn't what I ordered.

  That's a mistake on my part then. Contact me preferably through DM on my social media and show me proof of your identity: Envelope your order came in, showing your name + the item(s) I sent by mistake or item that is missing from your order. I will double check to confirm what you ordered, and send you the right item(s) on the next available weekend; you don't need to do anything it was a fuck up on my part. If I am sold out at the moment, then it will be done as soon as my next reorder arrives, and I'll let you know when that is; however if I am retiring the item, this will be the only instance I offer a refund. I'll trust people to not try to abuse this rule.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
